LOGISTICS OFFICER:

Job description: We are looking for guys to support our logistics activities, picking, warehouse, order fulfillment, customer service. The internship is offered to young people who are willing, proactive, emancipated and ready to throw themselves into an adventure! We like to experience a week full of adventures and new goals in a dynamic atmosphere where there is always something to learn to keep up with the market. We are a merit-based company and those who want to learn and propose new activities have the opportunity to do so and grow! We are open to transversal skills and brilliant collaborators! E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT:

Job Description: Customer Service is responsible for assisting customers in their online or telephone shopping experience, directly on the relevant website or marketplaces. Managing customer requests on a daily basis with fairness and kindness in an effective way respecting the established times in respect of the trust of the end customer.

Activities - Main functions to be performed daily:

  • Customer service via email, telephone, sms, chat in Italian and English.
  • Support for online sales and team activities.
  • After-sales management, returns, and related activities.
  • Invoicing, transport documents, issuing of tax documents.
  • Anti-fraud supervision for the verification of online payments.
  • Coordination with warehouses and logistics department, couriers and shipping.
  • Communication with internal departments.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong and natural problem solving ability and resistance to anxiety and stress.
  • Italian mother tongue, excellent writing, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written English, fair spoken.
  • Proven use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Gmail, Drive, PDF, Chrome.
  • At least two years' experience in e-commerce customer service, customer services in commercial companies.
  • Ability to communicate between different departments, helping each other.
  • Excellent time management, flexibility and ability to communicate and work in a team.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, preferably experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • Flexibility in working hours, willingness to work shifts and weekends.
  • three-year degree, knowledge of Excel and Google tools, fluent knowledge of English and previous experience in e-commerce will be a preferential requirement.

E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST:

Job description: The candidate will be in charge of assistance to GioiaPura's customers and responsible for the collection and analysis of customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the pre and post sales processes on the platforms and management systems, at the points of contact of the experience online user in a multi-channel perspective, interacting with internal departments for the resolution of complex problems and technological additions.

Mandatory requirement is the previous experience of at least 2 years in the customer care of an e-commerce company with the management of shipments and returns and operations through internal management and ticketing systems. Applications will not be evaluated without this requirement.

DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE CONTENT EDITOR:

Job description: The resource will be placed within the Digital & E-Commerce Office of Gioiapura in the Marketing area and will support the central e-business management activities.

Operations:

  • Support for communication activities, commercial operations, merchandising plans, on-site merchandising, alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Update and maintenance of the on-line merchandising catalog, product data and cataloging, content writing.
  • Writing SEO texts, editorial content, social copy.
  • Supervision and support during the photographic shots of the collections, product still life, wearing.
  • Support in competitor analysis and benchmarking analysis activities.
  • Support in pricing monitoring activities.
  • Support in the management and review of all online store processes (orders, logistics, cross-channel functionality).
  • Support in collecting performance feedback.
  • Operational support during sales.

Profile:  Degree in political science, communication, marketing; Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; Experience in digital publishing and social media, web agencies, e-commerce. Knowledge of Office tools, in particular essential Excel basic functions; Google tools, Drive, Calendar. Excellent analytical skills; Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, teamwork and resistance to stress. Age between 18 and 28 years.

 

 MARKETING AUTOMATION CRM AND CAMPAIGN MANAGER :

Your Role: 

  • Proactively propose, test and scale new ideas to optimize results of inbound marketing and marketing automation.
  • Manage Marketing Automation Campaign, planning and design it, monitoring and reporting to the Marketing Manager.
  • Create Responsive graphic and design and A/B/multivariate testing using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (base)

 Proven Ability:

  • Operative experience on email marketing platforms as Contact Lab, Mail up, E-circle, Mail Chimp).
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing evolution and strategies: Seo/Sem, Affiliation, Display Adv, Retargeting, Social Commerce, Programmatic, DEM, Lead Generation and Marketing Tools like Google Analytics.
  • Configuration/user experience as an operator of at least one of the following platforms campaign management/marketing automation (Adobe Marketing Cloud/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Oracle Eloqua/Marketo/TeradataCRM/SAS Marketing Automation/IBM Marketing Cloud).

 Plus:

  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactively look for new ways of doing things, that no one does. Argue using numbers and don’t fear constructive criticism. We’re looking for super smart people, resourceful and come up with ingenious ideas! Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
