EASY EXCHANGE AND RETURN


GioiaPura allows returns for refund or exchange, even without any reason, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. . f you wish to return items, simply follow the instructions sent inside the parcel. If you can no longer find them, you can click hereto download them.

For orders placed from Italy, you can deliver your return in two ways: either by going to the nearest Post Office (using the label you found with your order, at a cost of 4.90 euro), or by booking a collection of your return at home by the GioiaPura courier (at a cost of 4.90 euro).

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ITALY ONLY)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 calendar days from receipt of the products.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal if he or she respects these conditions:

  • The products must not have been used, modified or customised.

  • The boxes of the products must show no signs of wear, abrasions or scratches.

  • The product must be accompanied by the enclosed guarantee.


Note: In the event that the returned product has contributed to the achievement of a minimum order quantity for obtaining a free gift, the return of the product also includes and makes obligatory the return of the said free gift.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN (ITALY ONLY)

Make the return in 4 simple steps:

1- Access the "YOUR ORDERS" section by CLICKING HERE..

2- For the order you wish to return, click on ""REQUEST RETURN".

3- Select the product(s) from your order that you wish to return. You can ask for a refund or an exchange.

ASK FOR A REFUND if you want a refund of the amount spent on the item(s) you want to return (FIND MORE INFORMATION ON REFUND METHODS AND REFUND TIMES HERE).

APPLY FOR A STORE CREDIT if you want to exchange an item. LThe Store Credit is a credit to the value of the refund, and can be used immediately to place a new order. The new order will only be shipped after we receive the return item in our warehouse. (FIND more details about STORE CREDIT HERE).

4 - Deliver your return:

RESERVE YOUR HOME DELIVERY aat a cost of 7.00 euro:

- Fill in the form in your personal area to book the collection of your return by the courier. You must indicate your preferred working day and time slot. (CLICK HERE for more information).

- Insert the items to be returned inside a well sealed and protected box or envelope.
Note The courier will already have a label with our shipping address and your reference, so there is no need to write anything on the package. .

 

 REFUND AMOUNT OR STORE CREDIT

You will be refunded the cost of the returned item minus any discounts or coupon codes, minus the return shipping costs. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount or the value of the STORE CREDIT. The gift box, gift kit and any return shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

CUSTOMERS RESIDENT OUTSIDE ITALY AND THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY

The return shipment is at the customer's expense (the cost is a minimum of 20 euro, depending on the country of shipment) and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund or from the value of the Store Credit.

HOW THE REFUND IS MADE

The refund method depends on the payment method chosen at the time of the order:

- PAYMENT BY COD: refunds are only made by bank transfer. In this case you will have to provide us with your bank details (IBAN and account holder's details) by email when you send the return request. (CLICK HERE if you want to provide us with your IBAN for the refund).
- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: the refund is made by bank transfer to the account provided by the customer who wants to be refunded (CLICK HERE if you want to provide us with your IBAN for the refund).
- PAYMENT BY PAYPAL: the refund is made directly through PayPal.
- PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: ithe refund is credited only to the credit card used for the purchase.

 

Note: In the event that the returned product (or products) has contributed to the achievement of a minimum order quantity for obtaining a free gift, the return of the product also includes and makes obligatory the return of the said free gift.
